Pollo salteado sounds awesome. Also, I’m proud of you for having the stomach for trying the original version of anticuchos. What does cow heart taste like? I’m imagining the taste not being much of an issue, but the texture must be very different.
You are spot on. The taste isn’t much different but it’s a bit tougher…and saltier. I also tried intestines, which are crunchy. Can’t say I enjoyed them as much…

I like the french fry in with the stir fry. I already forgot the name, but it sounds like the perfect combo to get in my veggies while indulging in some crispy yum. I might just have to head that way…
